5. Description:

   1. xKILO is a non-transferable custodial governance token pegged to staked KILO. It can be obtained through airdrops or direct KILO conversion.

   2. The primary utility of xKILO is to enable staking in the [xKILO Real Yield Staking Pool] to earn rewards.

Acquiring/Converting xKILO

Users can convert KILO ↔ xKILO via the above interface:

• Click "Get xKILO" to convert KILO to xKILO.

• Click "Redeem KILO" to convert xKILO back to KILO.

A. Acquiring xKILO

Methods:

• Receive via airdrop.

• Convert KILO to xKILO (1:1 ratio)

Conversion Rules:

• Converted xKILO requires a vesting period for full redemption to KILO. During vesting, KILO unlocks linearly.

• Currently, only KILO tokens on BNB Chain are convertible to xKILO. KILO Tokens on other chains must be bridged to BNB Chain prior to conversion.

Conversion Process:

• Open the "Get xKILO" pop-up.

• Input KILO amount → Confirm xKILO output → Click "Convert Now."

B. Redeeming xKILO

Vesting Parameters:

• A Minimum of 15 days → 50% KILO redemption.

• A Maximum of 80 days → 100% KILO redemption.

Note: Choosing a duration <180 days burns unredeemed xKILO.

Auto-Staking During Vesting:

• 50% of redeemed xKILO is automatically staked in the [xKILO Real Yield Staking Pool] throughout the vesting period, accruing real-time rewards.

Example: When redeeming 100 xKILO with a 90-day vesting period, 72.72 KILO will be claimable upon completion, while 50 xKILO is automatically staked in the [xKILO Real Yield Staking Pool] to generate rewards during the vesting period.

Cancellation:

• Early cancellation refunds 100% xKILO, forfeiting all KILO.

Redemption Process:

• Open "Redeem KILO" pop-up → Input xKILO amount → Select vesting period → Confirm terms → Submit.

Staking xKILO

Reward Structure:

• 30% of platform commission redistributes to stakers in the [xKILO Real Yield Staking Pool].

• Rewards distributed weekly via epoch-based allocations.

Epoch Mechanism:

• Weekly epochs allocate predefined token amounts proportionally to stakers’ xKILO share.

• Rewards accrue continuously and can be claimed anytime.

Example: 1,000 xKILO staked → 10,000 USDT/day → 200 xKILO staker earns 200/1000*10,000=2,000 USDT/day (20%).

Unstaking Fee:

0.5% penalty upon unstaking

Staking/Unstaking Interface:

Click "Stake xKILO" or "Unstake xKILO" → Input amount → Confirm updated staked balance, reward share percentage etc. → Execute.

Reward Claiming:

Click "Claim All" to collect accumulated rewards.
