# Referrals The KiloEx referral rebate system offers different levels of transaction fee rebates and referral bonuses based on the total trading volume generated by friends you invite. The referral rebate program now has a total of 9 levels (increased from the previous 3 levels to 9 levels), and the level will increase with the trading volume of users you invite.

* From Lv.2 to Lv.9, when creating an invitation link, you can freely set the rebate and cashback ratio for yourself and friends (traders). However, the rebate ratio for yourself cannot be lower than 40%, and the cashback ratio for friends (traders) cannot exceed 60%. For example: if you are in Lv.6, your commission is 40%, the rebate ratio for yourself cannot be lower than 40%, so that means the lowest rebate for yourself should not be less than 40%\*40%=16%, and the cashback ratio for friends (traders) cannot exceed 40%\*60%=24% * The Vault is a key component providing trading liquidity. 30% of traders' fees will directly incentivize the Vault, with an additional 30% allocated to $xKILO (totaling 60% fee allocation). Rebate fees will be calculated after deducting these portions. Subsequent VIP fee discounts and Staking Kilo Token incentives will also be deducted before calculating the rebate ratio. * After the invitee binds the invitation code, the inviter will receive additional rebate airdrop points, increasing from 15% to 25%. * When upgrading the referral rebate system, the original Level 1 (15%), Level 2 (30%), and Level 3 (45%) accounts will be uniformly mapped to the upgraded levels: Lv.1 (15%), Lv.6 (40%), and Lv.9 (55%) * **Upgrade:** On the 1st of each month, the trading volume of the previous month is checked. On the 11th and 21st, the trading volume of the current month is checked. If the corresponding level requirements are met, automatic upgrading will occur * **Downgrade:** On the 1st of each month, the trading volume of the previous month is checked. If the corresponding level requirements are not met, your account's referral rebate level will be lowered by one level, without skipping levels. * The current standard for meeting the requirements of the referral rebate level only requires meeting the monthly trading volume.
