# VIP

The KiloEx VIP Program aims to enhance the experience of high-net-worth clients, offering a range of exclusive benefits and privileges. In the VIP 1.0 version, we will provide a fee discount ranging from 10% to a maximum of 40% based on the user's VIP level.

* The system will adjust the VIP level based on the user's trading volume accumulated  over the past 30 days or the current balance snapshot before the daily upgrade, resulting in an upgrade, downgrade, or maintaining the current level.
* The user's VIP level will automatically refresh daily at 0:00 AM (UTC+0).
* Users holding the VIP Role will permanently retain the VIP Role. Additionally, their current VIP level will not affect the TGE snapshot.
* VIP is not taken account into Referral system. However, VIP members can still earn commissions by inviting new users.
* Both **$KILO** and **$xKILO** held in your wallet (on-chain) **and** staked on KiloEx are counted.

  *Note*: $xKILO in the conversion pool counts as 50% of its staked value, unclaimed $KILO/$xKILO rewards (e.g., in the "Airdrop Center") do not count.
* If a user qualifies for multiple VIP levels, the system will default to the highest level.
